Drink pure organic green smoothies and diabetes is prevented. Drink one in the morning, afternoon and drink one or two green smoothies in the evening. We flood our bodies with slow release carbohydrates by drinking green leafy vegetables; collards, kale, spinach, broccoli and dandelion leaves.  Just put in a blender, add water, blend and drink.

1- Take a look at any cheap 5, 10, 15, $20 blender to get you started.  I’ve been using twenty dollar blenders for several years.  I’m just trying out the Montel JuiceMaster (I’ll keep you posted on performance.) This more expensive juicer will not deliver any extra nutrients; its just that I will try new things.
