The largest food stamp government welfare check\u00a0ever issued went to\u00a0 the dummest three-piece suit wearing welfare recipients in history.\u00a0 The only difference, instead of insulting Wall Street\u00a0with the\u00a0typical\u00a0tag used on common middle class American working folk\u00a0of &#8220;welfare&#8221; and &#8220;government check recipients&#8221;\u00a0the media tagged this government hand-out as a &#8220;bail-out&#8221; of &#8220;Wall Street Bankers,&#8221; poor innocent Welfare Minded Wall Street.
