If you do nothing else, promise yourself, make your kids promise every day and your grand kids as well to Eat, then walk.

Never use the word “exercise”, don’t overly complicate the process by adding more or just because you feel good that particular day exercise until you burn yourself out.

Don not avoid Eat Walk if you do not feel like walking due to external factors.

Eat Walk is a “want to always do” event.

The Eat Walk process will slowly and silently work to help counteract and neutralize the internal chemicals that are likewise silently destroying your bodily organs.

Eat Walk will appear to simple to provide any significant health benefits. But, I’m asking you to except this observation and continue the easiest task you have ever been requested to undertake.

Exercise Prevents Diabetes – Eat Walk

After a meal, don’t go and sit in front of the TV. Walk around the living room while you watch TV. Walk up and down some stairs. Or, you can do some leg squats standing in one place while watching television.

Maintain a continuous motion for every minute you eat. If you eat for one minute, walk for a minute. If you eat for ten minutes, walk for ten minutes. I personally walk for twelve minutes no matter how long I eat.  Many time I just don’t psychologically feel like walking, therefore I have set a personal commitment, twelve minutes serve as my Eat Walk default at least one time each day.

I find it easy to eat for five minutes, then walk for five minutes, short meals, short walk…Eat Walk.

Reduce High Glucose Levels  – Free

High glucose levels will slowly reduce as the oxygen levels increase due to rapid breathing and intake of more air, muscular tissue will more efficiently process essential chemicals that will also help to regulate your body and it’s control of high glucose levels.

Unknowingly, you will be silently giving yourself and your entire family a twenty percent extension on life and a twenty percent gain against disease that include diabetes and heart related illnesses brought on by eating high fructose corn syrup fast foods.

In conclusion;

Make “Eat Walk”a sign-off slogan with your grand kids, children, or spouse, anyone that you care about.
